Zephyrus Drum & Bugle Corps Forms and Waivers
Our policies require all forms and waivers to be turned in before participating in the drum corps this summer. Background checks are required for ALL members over the age of 18. Members under 18 do not need to fill out the background check from. Please print, sign, and email photographs of the completed forms to [email protected] AND bring the physical copies to the first rehearsal.
