HOW AUDITIONS WORK
To all who intend to join Zephyrus, we are looking for hardworking performers who want to take themselves to the next level. Ask yourself, are you humble? Are you ready to learn something new? Are you willing to push yourself in order to achieve a common goal? If so, then you belong here.
BRASS AND PERCUSSION
Our first audition was on January 4th. We are now opening requests for video auditions.
If you are awarded a position or given a “call back”, we will also ask that you attend our April 11th Camp. That is where we will be finalizing spots, and rehearsing show music.
Below are the 2020 audition materials for brass and percussion. You only need to come prepared to play the instrument for which you plan to audition. Please have all parts memorized for the April camp. Auditions will consist of marching/visual technique, as well as individual and ensemble playing. We want to assess both your preparedness, and your adaptability.

COLOR GUARD
Arrive at Bixby Band Center by 10:00 AM May 2nd, rehearse and audition until 5:00 PM. We will release for a 1-hour lunch break (food not provided at this camp).
